My husband & I visited the moat cafe today 31st May 2021. We helped ourselves to a table & chairs as the outside was busy. An employee came over abruptly & in front of all the customers said we couldn't use the table, I asked if we could sit on the chair as I suffer from angina & needed a few minutes to rest. She said No & took them away & said she was busy with customers, we have never been so humiliated & shocked. She clearly made us leave without being able to order any coffee or snack on our day out. Disgusting service & we will never be going there again. It ruined our day & she should be educated on how to treat customers. We enjoy visiting Knareborough but this has put us off for the future. I expect this employee to be dealt with so this does not happen to anyone else, ever.
