Porch House is a historic house in the centre of Northallerton. Built in 1584 it is Northallerton's oldest private dwelling. There are three double rooms and a twin room all en-suite each with free wifi, tv, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, tea making facilities, cotton robes and carpet slippers. You will be offered tea and home made cakes on arrival. You will find fruit, belgian chocolates and homemade biscuits in your room. In good weather refreshments are served in the garden. Porch house is surrounded by restaurants and quality shops. Northallerton, with excellent road and rail links, is situated between the Yorkshire Moors and Yorkshire Dales and just an hour from the coast. The owners have worked many years in luxury hotels.
